Organize your VFD panel inquiry around the driven equipment, existing motor, speed-control objective, control method and installation conditions.

Fastest Inquiry Path
Upload the existing motor nameplate or datasheet. You do not need to manually enter information that is already shown on the motor documentation.

Driven Equipment
The driven machine and process objective are the starting point for describing a VFD control requirement.

Describe the pump duty, process objective and how operating speed should be adjusted.
Provide the airflow-control objective, motor data and required operating method.
Share the conveyor duty, required speed changes, sequence and load information.
Explain the process demand, control sequence and available compressor-motor information.
Identify the material process, operating stages and required speed-control objective.
Describe the machine cycle, driven load, operator controls and system interfaces.
Operating Objective
Describe how the equipment should operate. A VFD configuration should not be selected from motor power alone.
Describe the process or operating reason for changing motor speed.
State whether speed is adjusted by an operator, a process command or an operating sequence.
Explain what process condition or equipment output needs to be regulated.
Provide known start, stop, acceleration, deceleration or sequencing expectations without assuming preset values.
Include the expected operating range when it is already specified by the project or equipment provider.
Motor Inputs
Provide the values shown on the motor nameplate or datasheet when available. Unknown fields may remain blank during the first inquiry.
Control Journey
Use this simplified flow to describe where commands originate and how the panel should interact with the motor and driven equipment.
Control Inputs
Include only the controls, signals and interfaces required by the equipment or project specification.
Project Conditions
Site and panel requirements should be stated as project inputs. Final enclosure, ventilation and configuration require technical review.

Existing Systems
For an existing installation, send the available equipment data, panel information and space constraints so compatibility and configuration can be reviewed.
Final compatibility and configuration require review. This page does not promise a drop-in replacement.

Quality Verification
Review points can be aligned with the confirmed order documents and agreed panel configuration before shipment.

Buyer Questions
Practical starting points for preparing a VFD panel inquiry.
The driven equipment, motor power, voltage, frequency, available nameplate data, speed-control objective, control mode, installation conditions, quantity and destination country are useful starting points.
Yes. A clear motor nameplate or datasheet can provide much of the starting information. Please also describe the driven equipment, required control method and project conditions.
No. Provide the range when it is already known. Otherwise describe why variable speed is required and how the equipment should operate so the requirement can be reviewed.
These requirements can be included in the inquiry. Submit the available control description, signals, interlocks, drawings or project specification for quotation review.
Include a bypass requirement only when it is part of the project specification or operating plan. The arrangement and availability require technical review.
Replacement inquiries can be reviewed from the motor and VFD nameplates, panel photos, electrical drawings, control requirements and installation-space information. Final compatibility and configuration must be confirmed before quotation or supply.
VFD Request for Quotation
Already have the motor? Upload its nameplate, datasheet or project drawing. Most technical fields are optional and can be clarified during quotation review.
